How long does shipping take?
Orders arrive in 2–3 business days depending on location. You’ll get a tracking number by email, and you can follow your parcel on our tracking page.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or enter your tracking number on our Track Your Order page.
What if it doesn’t work — can I get my money back?

How many strips do I need?
Use 1 strip per key entry point. As a guide: small area 2–4 strips, main living area 4–6, average home 8–12, large home 12–16. Every pack contains 12 strips.
Is it safe around kids & pets?
Signal Strip is made with plant-based ingredients — peppermint, lemongrass, clove, cinnamon and geraniol — with no toxic chemicals or sprays. As with any household product, place strips out of reach of children and pets and don’t let them chew or swallow the strips.
