Cancellation policy

This policy explains how Zefria subscriptions ("Automatic Refills") work and how you can change or cancel them. Subscriptions are optional: you can always buy Signal Strip as a one-time purchase.

How subscriptions work

When you choose "Save More With Automatic Refills" on the product page, you are starting a subscription that renews automatically every 28 days until you cancel.
Subscription prices per delivery: Buy 1 – $29.99, Buy 2, Get 1 Free – $47.99, Buy 3, Get 2 Free – $69.99, plus any applicable shipping and taxes. The exact recurring amount is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
Your first order is charged at checkout. After that, the same payment method is charged automatically every 28 days and a new package is shipped.
Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
We email you a reminder before each upcoming renewal charge, with a link to manage your subscription.

How to cancel, pause or skip

You can cancel, pause or skip your next delivery at any time, with no fees and no minimum commitment.
Online: log in to your account at account.tryzefria.com and open My Subscriptions. You can also use the "Manage subscription" link in any subscription email.
By email: write to support@zefria.com with your order number and we will cancel it for you.
To avoid the next charge, cancel or skip before your next renewal date. Changes made after a renewal has already been charged apply to the following delivery.
